This carved ceiling rose from Bikaner still has its original paint. Salvaged from an old building in Bikaner, Northern Rajasthan which had fallen into disrepair, it is still perfectly functional as a light hanging or coat ornate hook. It dates to the 19th century. 

Bikaner is a city that is famous for its fine painting of boxes and the interiors of buildings.
